Missoula Gives
Give the Gift of Creativity!
Art, Craft & Hobby supplies are the fuel that enables us to transform lives.
At Giving Art to Missoula (GAM), we believe that creativity should have no barriers. Through your generosity, we provide free, donated art, craft, music, and hobby supplies through our donation based free store—empowering artists, makers, and dreamers of all ages.
By giving new life to unused supplies, we fuel inspiration, reduce waste, and build a more sustainable, creative community together
Why Your Support Matters
You’re empowering artists – Many creative individuals lack access to essential materials.
You’re reducing waste – Instead of gathering dust or ending up in landfills, these supplies are given new life.
You’re building community – Art connects us all, and your support fosters a space where everyone—regardless of background or ability—feels welcomed and inspired.
How We Make an Impact
We offer FREE Art, Craft, Music, and Hobby Materials to those in Need.
We host Mobile Pickups to make giving easy.
We partner with local schools, community centers, and community events to expand access to creativity.
In today’s challenging economy, many artists and creators struggle to afford supplies. Your support makes it possible for them to keep creating!
Together, we’re not just Giving Art to Missoula—we’re transforming lives through creativity

Cozy Craft Cinema
Join us for a cozy celebration of our one-year anniversary and commercial release! Bring your favorite dry craft project (think knitting, drawing, etc.) and settle in for a viewing of "Joe vs. the Volcano" with fellow crafters. We'll keep the lights up so you can comfortably work on your projects while enjoying the movie.
Before the screening, mingle in the lobby, participate in raffles or silent auctions, and find your craft buddies! GAM will kick off the event with an introduction, our commercial, and a Q&A session. Winners will be announced after the movie.
We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Skye Berns Celebration of Life Instrument Drive
Skye High Festival, is a festival of life for our dear friend and music lover Skye Berns. Spend the day enjoying music, food, beer, stories, shopping, and art with friends old and new. As we dance, sing, and share in the memories of Skye to raise money in his name for Missoula's newest art non profit, GAM, Giving Art to Missoula. All funds raised will purchase used instruments to be donated to GAM, and then go directly to the hands and mouths of those who need to play at zero cost. Over a dozen local and regional music acts including favorites like Voodoo Horseshoes, Borderline Lucid, John Adam Smith, Andrea Harsell, and Jaden Decker, just to name a few. A full line up and list of sponsors coming soon.

Iris Fold Card Making
Join us for an evening of Iris card folding with Missoula's Kathy Flynn!

Instrument Drive
**Join us in our mission to put instruments into the hands of aspiring creators. **
Bring an instrument you no longer use and witness the joy in someone's eyes as they receive a free instrument. Alternatively, you can swap your instrument for another. We have successfully facilitated the placement of around 30 instruments into new homes. Each successful placement brings immense joy to the recipient and a sense of relief to the previous owner.
