Giving Art to Missoula is a nonprofit arts organization based in Missoula, Montana. We support a variety of artists with our Programs.
The Free Art Material program offers free, new and gently used art supplies to anyone who visits our FAM (free art materials) Room.
FAM offers new and gently used art supplies to the community, from the community.
GAM can pick up supplies from your location. Call/ text or message us for an appointment.

Giving Art to Missoula provides the means for creation of physical arts. GAM is especially relevant given the difficult economic times as creative individuals are often limited by their ability to obtain materials for artistic endeavors.
We foster a tangible sense of community for the givers of art as well as those who are receiving. The givers are encouraged by the knowledge that their extra supplies will be put to good use rather than take up space in their storage or local landfill. An inherent relationship is fostered between the givers and those that benefit from the materials.

Giving Art to Missoula was founded in 2023 in Missoula, Montana. We are a nonprofit art Organization serving the community and artists by saving valuable art materials from entering landfills, distributing them to students, crafters, and artists. GAM provides an affordable alternative into the exploration of the arts.
